"Access E" is part of the University of Minnesota Extension Community Development and Vitality area. Community Development and Vitality programs enhance the economic strength, civic empowerment, technological literacy and social capital of Minnesota's citizens and communities as they face rapidly changing dynamics in population demographics, technological capacity, globalization and social change.

"Access E" is a collection of online and outreach programs that seek to help communities, residents, businesses, governments and nonprofit agencies make wise and effective decisions about using the Internet.
